What is the communication policy?

Our rules are simple and straight forward. They are designed to protect our business, our users, and their private personal and financial information while using our platform. Break the rules and your account will be terminated. Please refer to our Terms of use for more details.

1. Only communicate with our students using our messaging box or via live video chat.

2. Do not share, solicit, or use: email addresses, telephone numbers, skype IDs, Whatsapp ID’s, etc.

3. Do not use foul language or be abusive in any manner towards our students, other tutor partners, or TutorOcean staff.
