What happens if I end a session early?

Sometimes you decide to end a session earlier than scheduled. As a student, you will see a pop-up screen asking you to select why you are ending the session. Select in the drop-down menu from the following options:
  1. Technical difficulties: You are having trouble accessing the classroom; whether you cannot connect your audio, video or to the whiteboard.
  2. Tutor did not show up: Let us know if your tutor does not show up by choosing this option, and we will automatically refund you.
Note: If you end your session early, please get your tutor to end the session.
