These support sessions will be held every Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 2:30pm EST AND Sunday through Thursday 4:00pm to 4:30pm PST. In these sessions, they will go over the following key features of the platform and will use this time to answer any questions you may have:

1. Sign in/sign up
2. Setting up a tutor profile
3. Searching for a tutor
4. Messaging tutors/students
5. Booking a session
6. Joining an online session
7. Online session checks/preparation (system requirements, allowing browser, preparation cards, etc)
8. Key features of the online classroom

The sessions will run for approximately 20 minutes with an additional 10 minutes for questions and answers.
