How long should I wait for a reply from a tutor?
Tutors will usually respond to messages within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take them a little longer. Make sure to check the timezone the tutor is in, as we have tutors from all over the world. We always recommend sending messages to at least 3 to 5 tutors at a time to get a comparison and a fast reply.
If you do not hear back fast enough from a tutor, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team to help you. Simply fill out the "Request A Tutor" form and they will jump into action to find you a tutor. Alternatively, you may send an email to support@tutorocean.com requesting help.
