How do I connect with a tutor?
Getting started is easy.
You can enter the subject you wish to learn into the search bar at the top of the page. Use the filters on the right-hand side such as your hourly budget, the level of tutoring you need, etc. to narrow down your search. Scroll through the list of tutors that match your query and click a tutor profile card to expand their profiles and send them a message. Simply contact tutors directly using the "Message" button on their profile. If they're offline, they'll receive an email as well as a message on the platform, letting them know that you have messaged them. You can even request a live video chat (FREE) to get to know them and ask questions on how they'll be able to help you. This live video chat takes place right inside our online classroom so you'll get a chance to see how it works. You can request a live video chat inside the chat box by clicking on the "calendar" button in your message box with your tutor.
A booking form will pop up which will allow you to select the "live video chat" option. Below is an image of the booking form that will appear.
